Chloe brings a rare blend of public accounting rigor and investment analysis expertise to Asceva Advisors. She began her career at a Big Four accounting firm, where she audited venture capital funds, hedge funds, and banking institutions, developing deep technical expertise in financial reporting, fund structures, and regulatory compliance. Holding both CPA and CFA credentials, Chloe has advised technology companies from seed stage through growth, providing guidance on tax strategy, financial planning, strategic finance, blockchain financial reporting and tax treatment, and fintech automation consulting. Chloe founded Asceva with the mission to deliver financial clarity and strategic insight to founders building the future.

Simon leads client engagement and service delivery at Asceva Advisors. He began his career at a Big Four accounting firm, where he audited hedge funds and performed SOC 2 engagements, developing strong expertise in internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. He later gained valuable industry experience working at a prestigious private equity fund, deepening his understanding of investment operations and fund management. As a CPA with extensive experience in startup accounting, tax compliance, and outsourced CFO services, Simon ensures every client receives meticulous, proactive financial support. His hands-on approach and technical depth make him a trusted partner for founders navigating the complexities of scaling a tech company.
